The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of Museum Exhibit Installation Preparation services for the Hampton Roads Naval Museum utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Advance Construction Technology Solutions. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
