A maximum of 33 students will be expected to complete required reading assignments from the supplied variety of textbooks covering the diverse topics necessary for SUD personnel to know and understand to perform effectively as counselors. NDACS is in Building 500 onboard the Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, California. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12.Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 1 year after date of contract award.
