The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure GeoTel Communications LLC products on a sole source basis, as no comparable commercial-off-the-shelf alternatives exist. The requirement is for a firm fixed-price contract, with all costs including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 to be included in the quoted price. Quotations are only accepted from authorized resellers who must provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The anticipated award date is by 4 April 2026. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
