CLAIRIFCATION ON GENERIC REQUIREMENTS Upgrade projectors; replace existing low-resolution projectors with HD/4K video output capability; enabling one large image capability, while maintaining the ability to separate into multiple images (at least 2). Replace the two small projection screens with one large display/screen that can accommodate single or multiple outputs. Enable podium, audience, computer and telephone audio input throughout the entire space. Upgrade audio output throughout the room; replace existing speakers with high quality sound producing speakers. Integration with MS TEAMs (fully supported) is required. Enable video input (cameras) capability throughout the DSC for classified meetings (future MS Teams integration requirement). Replace 7 of 12 wall plates throughout the DSC to accommodate HDMI, VGA, Audio or USB connectivity for meeting participants. Wall plate locations were identified. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017822Q6765 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF18.
