The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is seeking potential sources and pricing for the production of Otto Fuel II in support of energetics manufacturing at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) in accordance with the applicable specifications: Department of Defense Specifications MIL-N-3399 B 2-Nitrodiphenylamine DOD-B-82669(OS) Di-N-Butyl Sebacate A-A-58020A Otto Fuel Containers, Dwg-7263829 DOD-P-82670 Propylene Glycol (1, 2-Propanediol) USP Grade Local Specifications LS-174-115 Aged Spent Acid LS-174-115 Propylene Glycol Dinitrate (PGDN) Mixed Acid LS-174-107 Sodium Carbonate (Soda Ash) LS-174-108 Synthetic Spent Acid All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.
