Sources Sought for Corporate Operations Support Services THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This notice is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible small business firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources to provide support to assist with human resources and security functions in support of the Corporate Operations of the command. REQUIREMENTS: Refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) The Contract Type is anticipated to be Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), with an estimated total level of effort of approximately 109,850 man-hours over a period of five (5) years. It is requested that interested businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the attached SOW. This documentation should address prior/current experience performing efforts of a similar size and scope within the last 3 years, including contract number, organization supported and indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor. If company is a small business, documentation must also address company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the work. All responses must include the following information: Company Name; Company Address; Company Business Size (if a small business, identify any applicable socio-economic categories); Taxpayer Identification number; DUNS number; CAGE code; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, 04 November 2021 to Deanna Shnayer (Deanna.m.shnayer.civ@us.navy.mil) and Arlene Ashley (Arlene.j.ashley.civ@us.navy.mil).
