Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) delivery order on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00164-19-G-JQ69, with Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp (Ball) of Boulder, CO. This order is for implementation of iStalker system Visible Sensor (VIS) and Laser Range Finder (LRF) Class I Engineering Change Proposals with major deliverables of the associated Government drawing updates and technical data. The contemplated delivery order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). Ball is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays.
