The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source contract action to modify contract N00024-19-C-6120 for additional TB-37A Array Interface Units (AIUs) in all four Option years, increasing the total maximum quantity by 65 from 55 to 120. This modification will include Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) for Option Year 1, and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Option Years 2-4. A quantity of up to 30 each is intended for each Option Year. This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Corporation Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) of Syracuse, New York. LM RMS is the only source capable of providing the required manufacturing of the TB-37A AIU with the required backwards and forwards capability without causing significant schedule delay.
