The scope of this contract shall identify and update functionally obsolete, inadequate and unverified MILOPS GIS data at the nine (9) Bases/Stations locations and (5) optional Major Installations listed below. The contractor shall evaluate, update and maintain the fidelity of the MILOPS GIS data holdings. The contractor shall report required real property in accordance with the DoD, Real Property Acceptance Requirements (RPAR) V2, 15 May 2015, Real Property Inventory Requirements (RPIR), January 2005 and in alignment with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), P-78 Real Property Inventory Procedures Manual which identify the required information for inclusion into the internet Naval Facilities Assets Data Store (iNFADS) system. The contractor shall update RMTK products in the Range Control to ensure RCOs are using the most current version of RMTK.
