CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 5.302, the following satisfies the need to transmit a synopsis of contract award to the Government Point of Entry (GPE). On 20 October 2020, Marine Corps Systems Command, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, VA 22134, awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling of $87,712,000 for the purchase of Marine Corps Wideband Satellite – Expeditionary (MCWS-X) satellite terminals. As a result of full and open competition via beta.SAM.gov, under solicitation M67854-20-R-2025, L3 Technologies, Inc., GCS Division, 7640 Omnitech Place, Victor, New York 14564 was awarded contract number M67854-21-D-2025. Work will be performed in Rochester, New York 14623 and is expected to be complete by October 2025.
