Notice of Sources Sought: The intent of this RFI is primarily to determine Small Business marketplace participation. * MCAGCC - Leasing of Heavy Equipment. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for one base year and four one-year option periods to provide heavy equipment leasing services on a monthly basis. This supply requirement is in direct support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Training Directorate (MTD) mission and other respective Organizational Divisions aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms, CA. The contractor’s supplied equipment will be allocated to and operated by U.S. Government heavy equipment operators. The heavy equipment may be operated up to a maximum of 8 hours per day. ESD- MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA provides military equipment and military maintenance support to effectively resource individual and collective live-fire, virtual and constructive trainings executed by Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC). Heavy equipment will be used in direct support of this mission. All heavy equipment shall be safe and fully operational. 1. Place of performance: Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, CA 92278 Note: In Accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.104-1: To be determined responsible, a prospective contractor must: (a) Have adequate financial resources to perform the contract, or the ability to obtainthem (b) Be able to comply with the required or proposed delivery or performance schedule, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments; (c) Have a satisfactory performance record. (d) Have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics (e) Have the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them (including, as appropriate, such elements as production control procedures, property control systems, quality assurance measures, and safety programs applicable to materials to be produced or services to be performed by the prospective contractor and subcontractors). (f) Have the necessary production, construction, and technical equipment and facilities, or the ability to obtain them; and (g) Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.
