Annual inspection and testing: SCBA packs and regulators shall be inspected and tested in accordance with (IAW) manufacturers operation and maintenance instructions. The Contractor shall be an authorized distributor or repair facility for Scott Safety and shall provide the Designated Government Representataive (DGR) with a copy of their Scott Technican and/or Authorized Service Center Certification(s).
