The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is requesting information for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC). INDUSTRY FEEDBACK: This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to obtain industry’s feedback on the anticipated technical specifications, potential cost, and performance risks, as well as any other related considerations for the required item. Please review the attached PWS and Attachment 1. Please provide feedback on the following: 1. Can you meet the requirements as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement? 2. Based on the requirements, do you have recommendations to improve or modify the PWS? 3. Is there anything else you think we should know? Submissions shall reference RFI No. “M00264-22-RFI-0222 Furniture Conservation and Reproduction” in the subject line. Interested vendors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email no later than 7 July 2022, 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to genia.fouts@usmc.mil. Interested vendors should respond to the questions cited under the “INDUSTRY FEEBACK” section of this document. Request responses shall be provided in no more than 15 pages. Questions and comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. Submissions must include: 1. Business name and address 2. Name of company representative and their business title 3. Type of business (small or large) 4. Cage Code 5. Contract vehicles such as GSA PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked on all materials. Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government personal reviewing RFI responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
