This requirement is for preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and data floor cleaning in support of critical infrastructure equipment at Newlin Hall and other MCBQ G6 locations aboard MCB, Quantico. This critical infrastructure equipment includes all existing emergency back-up power to include Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS,) Static Transfer Switches, Power Distribution Units (PDU’s), Power Switch Boards, Generators, batteries and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and cleaning of under and above raised floor spaces that operate in direct support of the Information Technology (IT) environment in this data center. The required services also includes the maintaining of the Selective Catalytic Reducer (SCR) located at Newlin Hall. The SCR system aids in the correct dosing of emission control chemicals once the 2MW generator is started in support of IT services This sources sought is issued to identify potential sources to fulfill the required services.
