Services provide executive level program management support and analysis to the TRICARE Health Plan (THP) Directorate’s (J-10) associated managed health care programs and activities, and to elements of the Health Care Operations (HCO) Directorate. Requirements include providing services to support the following areas and functions: management and administration of THP programs; management of the Military Health System health plan and associated managed health care programs and activities; program and acquisition management of TRICARE purchased health care services; management and administration of programs and activities; operation of elements of HCO Directorate, THP and front office; and support to overall accomplishment of the missions, functions, and tasks of the THP enterprise and its organizational entities. The extension under this justification provides 9 months of service in a 3-month base period and six 1-month options while the agency completes a source selection for the follow-on award from solicitation HT001125R0001.
