This Performance Work Statement (PWS) will cover the full spectrum of handling surface cargo to include receipt, disposition, warehousing, storage and processing cargo for simultaneous shipments via surface modes of transportation as directed by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR).
