The DCPH-A requires the preventive maintenance and repair support for two Lancer SAS Cage and Rack Washers (herein referred to as cage washers) on the Aberdeen Proving Ground Edgewood Area. The cage washers require routine preventive maintenance in order to achieve maximum performance and life expectancy. The cage washers are critical to the operation and success of the animal care mission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Questions Due Date: Questions shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact, Mr. Nicholas VanDevander, nicholas.a.vandevander.civ@health.mil, and Mrs. Erin Maddox, erin.j.maddox.civ@health.mil, no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 27 August 2025. Questions received after this date and time will not be accepted or addressed. Quote Due Date: Quotes shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact no later than 9:00 AM EDT on 3 September 2025. The POC for the delivery of the quote is the Contract Specialist, Mr. Nicholas VanDevander, nicholas.a.vandevander.civ@health.mil.
