Defense Health Agency (DHA) Component Acquisition Executive (J-4) National Capital Region – Contracting Division (NCR-CD) Subject: Source Sought Announcement This is a sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) 8901 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20889, This Sources Sought is to conduct a market research to determine the availability of small business vendors capable of providing the Maintenance Services and Software for the Radiation Therapy Medical Systems manufactured by Varian Medical Systems Inc. Please see Statement of work for details. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order with four option years for the procurement of Medical Equipment and Software Maintenance and Services. Currently, Varian Medical Systems Inc.; 3100 Hansen WAY Palo Alto, California94304-1030, is the Equipment manufacturer. The NAICS code is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a size standard of 1250, Federal Supply Class or Product Service Code is J065.
