Update on November 30, 2022: DCSA is looking to possibly solicit for Credit Reporting Services in FY23-Q2. ------------------------------------------- October 26, 2022 draft solicitation posting: This is a draft solicitation intended to provide interested vendors with an opportunity to highlight potential issues and recommend changes prior to the release of the formal solicitation, anticipated to be posted by the end of the first quarter of FY 2023. The Government is not seeking offers at this time. Instead, vendors that wish to respond to this notice must use Attachment 1 only in order to represent interest. Although the Government does not anticipate providing responses to questions posed in response to this draft solicitation, it will consider all feedback received. Lastly, interested vendors should give close attention to the report examples attached with the draft solicitation herein. The formal solicitation may differ from this draft solicitation to include, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Any small business set aside or preference information, Details on security requirements (cloud, FedRAMP, etc.), Instructions and Evaluation criteria, Full clauses and provisions, Price Workbook to be completed. To provide feedback to this draft solicitation, vendors shall return Attachment 1, completed, by 9:00 AM EDT Tuesday, November 1, 2022 to the referenced Government point of contact (brittney.l.larimore.civ@mail.mil). The Government will not consider feedback provided outside of Attachment 1 and may not consider late responses.
