Attachment #1, Paragraph 7, Environmental Requirements, is being amended to remove the language: “Lubricating oil shall be a minimum of 25% recovered materials”, and “Engine coolants shall be reclaimed”. These are no longer requirements. Attachment #3 is correcting a mistype. PM CED 1R12-A 1004AG was mistakenly listed as 1003AG, and it has been corrected. As these changes are not significant, the closing date for proposals, Monday, April 27, 2020, at 3:00PM JST, shall remain unchanged. Please adjust proposals accordingly. ****************************************************************************************** The Defense Commissary Agency, Pacific Contracting Branch (HQC011), located at Kadena Commissary, Unit 5156, Bldg. 407, APO, AP 96368-5156 is seeking to purchase Maintenance and Repair of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at Andersen AFB Commissary, Orote Commissary, and Guam CDC, and Maintenance and Repair of Miscellaneous Food Processing (MFP) equipment at Andersen AFB Commissary and Orote Commissary. vi. The period of performance is one (1) base year period (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021) with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year option periods. Services shall be delivered IAW the two PWSs (Attachments 1 and 2). All deliverables will be FOB destination.
