Harrison Village Commissary This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation number HQC00525QE015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 with a small business size standard of $9.5 million. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the commercial services listed in the Contract Line Item Number (CLINs). A list of line item numbers, quantities, and units of measure can be found on the SF1449 (Attachment A). Please see Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment B) for additional information. Description of Requirement: Provide landscaping maintenance services and snow removal at Harrison Village Commissary, located at 9702 E 59th St. Indianapolis, IN 46216. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, supplies/materials, equipment, and transportation needed to carry out the landscaping maintenance service as required in this contract. Lawn/grounds maintenance service shall include grass mowing, lawn edging, pruning, mulching, fertilization of shrubs and ground covers and weed/control removal. Contractor shall also be required to provide quick response service, within 72 hours, to maintain grounds for special events and/or visits.
