The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to: a) Extend the proposal due date from November 5, 2020 to November 9, 2020. b) Incorporate FAR 52.212-4 (Addendum) to the SF 1449 Solicitation (page 22 of 43). Except as amended above, all terms and conditions of HQ085021R0001 remain unchanged and in effect. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The Space Development Agency (SDA) is seeking launch services for twenty-eight (28) Satellite Vehicles (SVs) of two different types (Transport and Tracking). The Launch Services Contractor (LSC) shall provide a Delivery-On-Orbit (DOO) service and shall determine the number of launches needed to meet these requirements, with the first launch required in September 2022, and the entire constellation on orbit as close as possible to September 2022, but no later than 31 March 2023. Please see the attached RFP for details. This RFP is hereby amended (Amendment 2). Updated versions of Attachments 2 and 4 are provided. Additonally, a second round of consolidated Questions and Answers is provided.
