DFAS requires a COTS internet accessible, all-inclusive, and cloud based Military Personnel Recruiting and Position Management and Tracking software solution that will allow the following: Defense Working Capital and Foreign Military Sales Agencies and entities to post positions they need filled on the internet; designated Military personnel to view and apply for open positions on the internet; and DWCF and FMS entities to receive other related HR services. This PFI Recruiting and Position Management requirement includes the following features that the vendor software solution will provide: PFI recruiting website and maintenance; receive, store, and retrieve applicant data/supporting documents; host the software solution and applicant data on a cloud system; financial workflow functionality; applicant scoring and ranking mechanism; and 2-factor authentication.
