This is a brand name purchase for hardware maintenance for HP Blade Server technology. This requirement is to renew our hardware technical support for equipment that is currently running on the DFAS infrastructure. Maintenance of this hardware is necessary to obtain technical support and updates as necessary. Standard technical support provides customers and partners with ready accessibility to team experts during regular business hours, along with the complete array of online tools and information. Technical support includes hardware and software maintenance, limited phone support, and access to support website. This year we have domain controllers coming up for renewal and we have devices in both DFAS Europe (Germany) and DFAS Japan which falls under OCONUS support. HPe branded in country OCONUS support must be included for both DFAS Europe and DFAS Japan.
