Please bring a valid driver's license to access the DFAS Indianapolis (DFAS-IN) facility. No extension will be granted for the submission of quotes or to conduct a second site visit. A sign-in sheet will be provided once you arrive at DFAS-IN; the name of your company and the employee in attendance representing will be required on the sign in sheet to be considered for the award. **If you are entering into an agreement with a subcontractor, it is encouranged to have a representative from this company identified, as this is a requirement of the RFQ. Please Note: Any questions asked during on-site visits will be documented. All questions and respective answers will be posted to RFQ to be viewable by all vendors by discretion of the contracting officer.
