The Government has a new requirement to upgrade SKM Power Tools for Windows Electrical Engineering Software to perform Arc Flash Studies of electrical distribution system as required by National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E. The current version of the software is no longer supported by SKM Systems Analysis, Inc., the software developer. The Government needs to update the software to the current version of SKM Power Tools for Windows (PTW) to include specific modules for a 2,000 Bus System. The software resides on a government owned stand-alone laptop computer and will not be installed on a government network. The software shall be delivered on a set of DVD media for installation on the computer by the government.
