This requirement consists of maintaining painting the interior walls of building 714- JBER (R), AK in accordance with (IAW) the floor plan drawing. Ceilings will not be painted but the walls along the rafter above the entrance area shall be included in the scope (see drawings for reference). Tile wall in each of the bathrooms shall be excluded from being painted. Only the door and frame of the janitor/mechanical room shall be painted IAW the drawings, and shall be the same paint as used for the walls. All other doors and frames shall remain in their current conditions. Contractor shall repair all nail holes, dents, and damage in existing wall surfaces. An on site representative of the bidding contractors shall be required during the initial site visit to independently verify painting requirements and approximate dimensions and square footage. Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances and transportation to perform all work in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
