This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) requesting that interested parties submit a quotation as their response to the RFQ. The word “offeror” is synonymously used with the words “quoter” and “vendor” in this RFQ. However, all submissions in response to this RFQ will be considered quotations in accordance with the definition listed in FAR 13.004. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) hereby issues this RFQ on behalf of Department of Defense Inspector General (DoDIG), Office of Mission Support Team (MST), Chief Information Office (CIO), for the purchase of (400) Cisco 8851 NR VoIP phones and (15) Cisco 8832 Wired Microphone Kits to accommodate the agencies growing size as well as replace old equipment that is either broken or not compatible with our new upgraded infrastructure, in accordance with the attached Specification Sheet (Attachment A). This RFQ will result in the award of a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Purchase Order (PO). This will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition.
