Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Oshkosh Defense LLC to provide, on a sole source basis, a ten (10) day JTLV Maintenance and Troubleshooting course of instruction. Oshkosh Defense LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the JTLV and the sole provider of the factory authorized training on Oshkosh equipment. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Supart 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any resulting request for quote (RFQ) will be sole sourced to Oshkosh Defense LLC (CAGE 75Q65). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611430 and the Size Standard is $15M.
