Project consists of work to remove an existing door and install a new fire rated glass door at the Inspector General’s (IG) Office main entrance in Building 10480. IAW FAR 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A pre-proposal site visit is planned on Tuesday, 17 May 2022, at 2:00 PM AKT, however is subject to change. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about May 10, 2022 on beta.SAM.gov web page. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
