The purpose of this project is to upgrade and modify the low voltage electrical and lighting systems at Eielsons Central Heat Power Plant (CHPP) to include removal, and replacement of the existing electrical panels, associated transformers, and the remainder of existing outdated lighting fixtures within CHPP facility at Eielson AFB. A. The NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M. B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000. C. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. D. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted.
