The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base has a requirement for a quantity of 6 REALITiPLUS and a quantity of 3 REALITi 360 CPR Module CPR360 Virtual Simulation Monitors. MINIMUM VIRTUAL SIMULATION MONITOR REQUIREMENTS: Ability to simulate/control vital signs (e.g., heart rate, EKG rhythm up to 12-lead capability, continuous pulse oximetry, continuous end-tidal CO2, arterial waveform/pressure, central venous waveform/pressure, intracranial waveform/pressure, non-invasive blood pressure, respirations, and temperature) on a virtual monitor. Ability to duplicate the interface of the Zoll Propaq MD and Zoll Propaq M. Ability to run on battery power up to six hours and be mobile to monitor patients in the multiple En Route Care (ERC) environments. Ability to detect chest compressions (i.e., rate and depth) during cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Ability to write programmatic scenarios for patient encounters during simulation in ERC environment. Requires a ruggedized case to protect from the elements and travel through the ERC environment. Responses will allow the Government to conduct an initial review of market capabilities in support of requirements identified in the Draft Minimum Requirements Document. NAICS Code: 334510 SUBMISSION DETAILS: All interested parties are encouraged to submit a response to this Sources Sought. Responses will be accepted until 31 May 2022 at 2 PM Eastern Time and should address the following questions: 1. Company name, cage code, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Identification of whether the company is currently designated as a Small Business as defined in FAR Part 19.1 and the appropriate category (e.g., 8(a), HubZone, etc.). 3. Company description of relevant capability and experience to provide supplies/services in accordance with the minimum requirements.
