The purpose of this amendment is to attach the answers to the questions received by potential vendors and to extend the White Paper due date from 23 Nov 21 to 29 Nov 21. The 412th EWG/EWJ has a requirement for a high fidelity Visual Display System (VDS) required to support the F-22 Joint Simulation Environment (JSE). For the purposes of this document, a VDS is defined as an out-the-window (OTW) display screen, image projectors, auto alignment and calibration system, mechanical edge blending solution, and support structures and interfaces. The JSE program requires up to eight (8) F-22 visual display systems, four (4) are to be installed at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), CA, and four (4) at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), NV. The spaces available for this effort impose size constraints on the visual display system solution. See attached Call for more information.
