This RFI does not commit SSC/PKA to contract for any supply or service. 1. Introduction SSC/PKA is conducting market research to gain a better understanding of the capabilities and experience of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) companies operating within the commercial market. This research will inform future potential opportunities. 2. Scope of Interest We are specifically interested in identifying ESOP companies capable of performing work under one or more of the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes: 541715 - Research and Development in Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services 541219 - Other Accounting Services 541330 - Engineering Services 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services 541519 - Other Computer Related Services 54151 - Computer Systems Design and Related Services ESOP companies who do not fall under one of these NAICS codes are still encouraged to submit their information, as the above list is not an all-encompassing list of capabilities that SSC/PKA is interested in. 3. Information Requested Interested ESOP companies are requested to provide the following information: Verification of ESOP Status: Please include one of the following documents to verify your organization's status as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company: Trust Agreement Trustee Certification Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance documents Summary Plan Description (SPD) Annual ESOP report Form 5500 Applicable NAICS Codes: List all NAICS codes under which your ESOP company is capable of performing work. Capabilities Document: Provide a brief document outlining your company's capabilities and experience relevant to the NAICS codes listed above. Government Contracting Experience (Optional): If applicable, please share information regarding any contracts your ESOP company has completed with the U.S. Government through the ESOP Pilot Program. 4.
