Justification & Approval (J&A) for a sole source award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (JHU/APL) in Laurel, MD in accordance with FAR 6.302-3 and 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(3). JHU/APL will strategic and technical expertise to the Air Force NC3 Integration Directorate (AFNWC/NC) and associated offices on matters related to Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) health monitoring and assessments, cybersecurity, modeling and simulation, validation and verification, and related topics.
