The purpose is to identify and assess the ability of possible sources capable of providing a Special Warfare Dismounted Power Solution (DPS) that will improve Special Warfare operators during a range of missions sets. The DPS consists of 4 main elements; conformable battery, equipment connectors/cables, power scavenging, and tactical vest integration.
