This exception to fair opportunity (brand-name justification), PR#F4FDAQ0217A102 will be competed via the NASA SEWP IDIQ contract. It incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 This requirement is for the following products: This is an individual justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (Brand Name Specific) for the acquisition of Secure View connection, terminals, and maintenance which will support the mission of the Air Force of creating a network that can support multiple hosts in a classified environment while maintaining communication with Dell Optiplex client. OPTION(S) if applicable: N/A All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with the FAR. NASA SEWP pricing is required. DPAS rating is DO-A7. Anticipated Award Date is 12 August 2020 Lt Col Sean Tucker has been appointed as Ombudsman.
