This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be awarded a DoD contract. This exception to fair opportunity (brand-name justification), PR# F4FDAQ0217A101 will be competed via the NASA SEWP IDIQ contract. It incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 This requirement is for the following products: The Air Force requires Solarwinds Software to review audit logs of all the workstations on each network. This software will consolidate all the logs into one space for easier viewing and will allow the user to save the logs to a central location in accordance with DoD regulations. OPTION(S) if applicable: N/A All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with the FAR. NASA SEWP pricing is required. DPAS rating is DO-A7. Anticipated Award Date is 7 August 2020 Lt Col Sean Tucker has been appointed as Ombudsman. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, evaluation of proposals or source selection process and does not diminish the authority of the contracting officer.
