The NAICS Code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The Government (AFLCMC/PZIBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is Aerosol Devices, Inc.. The products being procured is one (1) aerosol collector and sampler. to be delivered to the locations noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). This notice is being published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
