This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a sole source requirement under the authority at FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source" and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, parts, labor and transportation required to deliver to the 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG), 580th Software Engineering Squadron (SWES), Robins Air Force Base, GA a generic large aircraft flight control suite and three (3) channel control loading system and integrate it into the 580th Software Engineering Squadron (580 SWES) managed C-130J Trainer.
