The United States Air Force (USAF) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) has a requirement for depot level repair, maintenance, and support of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 AN/ALQ-135 Band 3 and Bands 1&2 Traveling Wave Tubes (TWTs) Electronic Countermeasures System. Furthermore the Contractor shall maintain depot level test equipment to support this repair activity. AN/ALQ-135 Band 1, 2, and 3 are non-commercial, military unique systems. The RSAF is the only user for these systems. The Contractor shall provide the necessary facility, labor, material, parts, test and tooling equipment required to return AN/ALQ-135 Band 3 items and Bands 1&2 TWTs to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition. RFI is defined as that condition allowing the items to perform properly and reliably in an operational environment in a manner that were intended to operate. Repairs shall be performed in accordance with TO 00-25-234 and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer manuals.
