This solicitation is for the repair of Blower Assembly, National Stock Number (NSN) 4920-01-111-6824RN, Part Number 75-4012GH9-466 and Part Number (P/N) 89162-204. The Blower Assembly is part of several models of Air Force and Navy diesel engine powered Pressurized Cabin Leakage Testers. The contractor shall perform all actions necessary to return reparable items to a serviceable condition. This component is part of the diesel engine that provides a suitable motive force for the AF/M32T-1 Pressurized Cabin Leakage Tester. The contractor shall repair, test, and return each item in a serviceable condition within Turnaround Time while also providing quality repair with low to no Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR). On time delivery is a pertinent requirement due to critical mission operations. If or when deficiencies occur, which should be low to none the contractor shall expedite all efforts to rectify the errors with minimal delay or compromise of quality outcome. The contractor shall punctually deliver correct data submittals and mishap notification and reporting. The repair of this item will benefit the USAF by providing the mandatory repair needed to keep the Transfer Module Load Unit in servicable condition. We are looking to establish a three year contract for this repair. This contract will contain options. Furthermore, we are extending the due date for receipt of quotes under this solicitation until 02/02/2023.
