The following description of the Contract Opportunity replaces the original posting published on 7 May 2021: NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division’s Contracting Office (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland intends to award on a competitive basis a Fixed Price contract for the procurement of the the following item: Indicating Light Panel NSN: 6220-01-463-1985CS P/N: 0N241607-12NVG Quantity: 122 each This panel is used to convert regular remote controls to night vision remote controls. Predominate Material of Manufacture: Electronic hardware components This requirement has been Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 – Other Aircraft Parts and Aux. Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees Delivery will be FOB Destination to CPSG/HNCADR, 230 Hall Blvd STE 158, Bldg. 2028, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, 78243-7052. Inspection/acceptance will be made at destination. Delivery will begin no later than 45 days after award or a delivery schedule agreed upon by both parties. Upon request from interested parties, drawings will be provided by the Government. All requests for drawings shall be submitted to Mr. Wai Ng, wai.ng@us.af.mil, no later than 28 Jun 2021. Reproduction of the drawing(s) is strictly prohibited. The Government intends to make an award by July 2021. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within seven (7) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution.
