Request for Information IT and Other Professional Services Scope: The contractor shall provide services with qualified and professional staff to the following specific areas: Resource/Program Management Technical Report Writing and Editing Information Technology Requirements Information Assurance (IA)/Information Security (IS) Integrated Testing and Assessment Facility (ITAF) and Operations/Maintenance Communications Security Technical Documentation Contractor Transition Documentation Helpdesk All services requested under this effort are non-personal in nature. The duties, roles, and responsibilities cover all command sponsored and supported events. The primary location of performance will be in government facilities on Kirtland AFB, NM, but there may be instances when work must be accomplished at other sites (within and outside of the local area). The contractor shall provide all personnel and services necessary to perform work for this effort. Location: Kirtland AFB, NM Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI Industry Questions: Historically, in Albuquerque, we have had experiences with contractors that have a hard time filling vacancies and keeping all positions filled because of the security requirements. Because of this we are asking the following questions from industry: What contract type would be best suited for this effort to provide incentive for the contractor to hire and retain personnel? What contract mechanism would you use?
