The purpose of this posting is to provide a synopsis/presolicitation notice in accordance with Federal Acqisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204/5.207. See "Bracket Presolicitation Notice" attachment for details. B. 28 November 2023 (Rev 1). The Notice ID was intended to be "FA8232-24-R-3001" instead of "FA8232-24-3001." The "R" was inadvertently left out. C. 28 November 2023 (Rev 2). Some of the solicitation documents will be export controlled. In order to obtain access to those documents, an offeror will need to submit an explicit access request and in order to be approved will need to have an active/current DLA Joint Certification Program (JCP) DD Form 2345 certification.
