This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The RAPID Innovation Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah is requiring the purchase of a Stratasys J850 Pro multi Material 3D Printer and its associated material and software. This printer must be capable of printing multi-material and multi-colored prints to produce rapid prototypes, fit checks, tools, and fixtures that are for the use on aircraft and/or weapons systems. This printer must be able to fulfill these requirements, as well as, the additional requirements listed in the product description attached. This requirement is not a total small business set-aside.
