The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: 776 MXSS/MXDEU is requesting four (4) 400Hz Power/Frequency Converters with the following specifications: • 180kVA, trailer mounted 400Hz power converter • Be able to convert any conventional electrical power to 400Hz aircraft power • Output Power o 180kVA o Output shall be Duel AC output power o two (2) legs, each supplying 90KVA • The output plugs shall be AERO Plug 400 Hz AC 2/0 GPU connector Plug, 6? Pole Female, SKU 2014856 • Both output legs shall be ran in parallel to each other o Each cable for the two (2) outputs shall be 60ft long • The two (2) output legs shall be the same length • Input Power o 480V, 250 AMP o Plug shall be a 480V, 400amp Appleton plug PN AP40134G o The cable for the input power shall be 100ft long • Trailer mounted, towable with at least 18?inch Hazard Area Clearance • Indoor/outdoor all weather use (hangar/ramp) • Certified to UL 1012 • Advanced integrated display console containing event log/diagnostics • Emergency power “OFF” switch • Input and output cable racks on the trailer • startup service the units once delivered • Turn key • Deliver to Tinker AFB fully assembled A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 8 months ARO This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335999 with a size standard of 500 EMP.
