The Contractor shall deliver One (1) each, Fulton Endura Condensing Hydronic Boiler EDR-1000. The Contractor shall perform the demolition of current PAA boiler, piping, and accessories. The contractor shall provide Delivery, Offloading, Installation, and Performance Verification of One (1) each, Fulton Endura Condensing Hydronic Boiler EDR-1000. The Contractor shall attend any required pre construction meetings. The Contractor shall make all necessary adjustments to the Fulton Endura Condensing Hydronic Boiler EDR-1000 until the item is fully operational in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and to what is stated in this Statement of Work (SOW). **See associated Statement of Work and Equipment List**
