The contractor must maintain and possess a valid SECRET Clearance. This contract is a small business competitive set-aside on General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) STARS III IT Professional Services. This requirement is to provide technical services for software development support and business solutions within SAF/AAIE. Technical services include enterprise architecture, requirements management, software engineering, systems engineering, software test management, and systems/server administration. Contractors will work as part of a team to develop new software applications or modify and sustain existing applications. Submissions in response to this RFP 1.
