Offerors shall contact Ms. Petra Scholl by email at petra.scholl.de@us.af.mil and/or TSgt Carleen Clinger by email at carleen.clinger@us.af.mil by 0900 hours CEST on 03 October 2025 to confirm attendance and allow the Government sufficient time to coordinate base access (United States (U.S.) Citizens will need to bring their U.S. Passports and provide their social security number (SSN) and German Nationals will need to provide their National ID or Passport). The site visit begins promptly at 1300 hours CEST. Please allow sufficient time to obtain access from the Visitor Control Center (VCC) for access to the Installation. All interested parties will meet in front of Ramstein AB’s West VCC, Building 134 (address: Kisling Memorial Drive, Ramstein AB, Germany, 66877).
